Sand Dune and Shingle Network Conference (Liverpool)

16th - 18th September 2025

The Sand Dune and Shingle Network is hosting a three-day conference at Liverpool Hope University. This in-person event will feature presentations, workshops and discussions focused on current research and management of sand dune, machair and shingle habitats. Attendees will also have the opportunity to join a field trip to observe local coastal conservation efforts. The conference is open to researchers, practitioners and those interested in coastal environments.
